About#

The app version, build date and your device model. Include these when you report a problem.

Parental controls#

  1. Go to Settings › Parental controls and choose Set a PIN.
  2. In Live TV, hold OK on a channel or a group and choose Lock with PIN.

Locked channels and groups ask for the PIN before they play. Once you've entered it, they stay unlocked for a few minutes so you don't have to type it on every channel change. Choose Lock now in Settings to lock everything again straight away.

To change or remove the PIN, use Change PIN or Remove PIN on the same Settings page.

Customising the remote#

You can choose what each button does while a channel is playing. Go to Settings › Remote control › Custom buttons, pick a button, then pick its job.

Buttons you can set: ← → ↑ ↓, OK, Info, Menu, Guide, CH+, CH−, plus a separate "hold down" job for the arrows, OK and Info.

Jobs you can give them: channel up or down, channel list, group list, programme info, playback controls, catch-up, record, add or remove favourite, aspect ratio, audio tracks, subtitles, seek forward or back, play or pause, player options, or nothing.

Back can't be changed, so there is always a way out. Restore defaults puts every button back.
