Record what you're watching, schedule recordings and choose where they're saved.

Record what you're watching#

Press OK for the controls and choose Record. Choose Stop recording when you're done, or pick Record for… from the channel's options to set how long.

Schedule a recording#

  1. Open the TV guide and find a programme that's still to come.
  2. Press OK and choose Record, or Record every showing to catch every episode of a series.

Recordings start on their own at the right time, even if Buna TV isn't open. The TV needs to be powered on or in standby, not unplugged.

The Recordings screen#

Open Recordings from the menu. It lists:

  • Scheduled recordings that haven't started yet. Choose one to Cancel it.
  • Recordings in progress, with Stop.
  • Recorded programmes, ready to Play or Delete.
  • Any that Didn't record, with the reason.

Where recordings are saved#

By default recordings go to the TV's own storage, which is often small. To save them to a USB stick or SD card, go to Settings › Recording › Storage and choose a folder there.

Start padding and End padding start the recording a few minutes early and finish it a few minutes late, in case programmes don't run to time.
