Favourites and groups
My List, favourite channels, search, custom groups, and hiding, renaming and moving channels.
My List and favourites#
My List in the menu gathers everything you've kept in one place:
- Favourite channels, and what's on them now.
- Continue watching and Recently watched.
- My Movies and My Shows.
- Favourite programmes saved from catch-up, and upcoming reminders.
Hold OK on anything in My List to play it, open it in the guide, change its position, or remove it.
Adding a favourite channel#
- While watching: press OK and choose the favourite button.
- In the guide or channel list: hold OK on the channel and choose Add to Favorites.
Favourites also appear as a group of their own at the top of the channel list and guide.
Search#
Open Search from the menu and start typing. Results are grouped into Channels, In the guide (programmes on now or coming up), Movies and Series, and cover every playlist you have switched on.
Organising channels and groups#
Large playlists can be hard to browse. Buna TV lets you shape them into something manageable. Changes are kept when your playlist refreshes.
From the channel list or guide#
Hold OK on a channel for:
| Add to / Remove from Favorites | Keep it in the Favorites group. |
| Add to a custom group | Put it in a group you made, or create a new one. |
| Move | Change its position: ↑ ↓ to move, OK to drop. |
| Rename channel | Give it a name you prefer. |
| Hide channel | Take it out of your lists. |
| Lock with PIN | Ask for the parental PIN before it plays. |
| Assign / Change EPG | Match it to the right guide entry by hand. |
| Play with… | Open it in another video player app. |
Hold OK on a group to rename, hide, lock, reorder or delete it (custom groups only).
Channels & groups manager#
For bigger tidy-ups, go to Settings › Playlists › Channels & groups, or choose Manage all groups from the channel list. Here you can:
- Switch whole groups on or off with OK, for example hiding every country you don't watch.
- Create a New group and fill it with channels from any of your playlists.
- Bring back channels and groups you hid earlier.
Built-in groups#
- Favorites: your favourite channels.
- History: channels you've watched recently. Hold OK on it to clear it.
- All channels: everything, from every playlist.
